Shaker Sizing (F=MA)
ResetPP1100
The 2000N pk system is one of the largest of the current family of Pypol systems systems. The large diameter armature adapts to many test requirements with a minimal amount of fixturing. High lateral and axial stiffness decrease problems associated with off-center loads. Unsupported horizontal operation is possible on many loads. The cooling blower is direct coupled to the shaker to give the maximum performance. An optional slip table is available for horizontal testing. Optional load supports allow testing loads with a high center of gravity. The suspension stiffness is adjustable. Electronic load compensation allows heavier loads.

PP980
The 1600N pk system uses a larger shaker with a large 6-inch diameter armature table making it easy to adapt to almost any test requirement with a minimum of fixturing. The high lateral stiffness carbon composite armature suspension reduces problems associated with off-center loads and allows unsupported horizontal operation with many loads. The system is equipped with a degauss coil to ensure low stray magnetic field for sensitive applications. The modular, air-cooled amplifier is direct coupled to the shaker to give the maximum performance at low and high frequencies. Digital meters display the system operating levels and complete shaker and external interlocks help protect the system from accidental abuse. Oil film slip table base systems are available for larger and heavier loads or loads with high centers of gravity.

PP960
The 1000N system uses a larger shaker with the blower removed in a lower force output system. The system offers the benefit of a larger shaker at a reduced price to give maximum performance at low and high frequencies. The added DC power supply generates a clean, quiet field and allows for tests to be run at incredibly low amplitude and sound levels. Dual meters display the system operating levels and complete shaker and user interlocks help protect the system from accidental abuse. Oil film slip table base systems are available for larger and heavier loads or loads with high centers of gravity.

PP920
The 400N pk system is our mini compact linear amplifier shaker system. The 3-inch diameter armature table is suitable for larger loads that require high vibration levels. The shaker’s full 1-inch armature stroke capability is ideal for many modal as well as low and high frequency general applications. The air-cooled linear amplifier is direct coupled to the shaker to give the maximum performance at low and high frequencies and can be easily switched from voltage source mode, for general testing, to current source mode for modal testing applications.
